Club Meetings and Information
- Chamber orchestra auditions will take place today in the orchestra room after school from 2:30 – 3:00 pm. Please make sure that you have signed up for an audition. You will need a ride home!
- Attention Maple Ave Ski Club members! You should be signing up online for your West Mountain lift pass this week in order to get the best price! Prices will go up after October 15.
- Maple Avenue Middle School Musical Club is thrilled to announce our show for this year-Matilda! If you would like to audition or apply for a backstage position, please go to your house office and ask for an audition form or a backstage form. Auditions will be done online and will be accepted until October 12th.
- It’s almost time to pet some racehorses! Have you seen the signs around the building? We are excited to announce that Old Friends is opening up their farm for all Maple Ave. Families on Saturday, October 19. Come visit the farm, take a tour, meet all the racehorses and even feed them treats! A tour takes about an hour and it’s a great way to spend a Saturday. See Mrs. Jackson or Ms. Decker for a flyer to bring home to your family.
- 6th graders!! There will be a Halloween dance on Friday, October 25, here at Maple from 7pm to 9pm. Join us for food, dancing, and fun! It will be a spooktacular time! Tickets will be sold online only through ParentSquare. You are encouraged to wear a costume but it is not required, however, keep in mind there can be nothing covering your face and no toy weapons will be allowed. We hope to see you there!!
