Club Meetings and Information September 26th, 2023
Exciting news for all snow enthusiasts! The Ski Club packets are now available for pickup in all house offices. Grade 7 and 8 Students: Please submit your packets on September 26 and September 27. Grade 6 Students: Your packets will be collected on September 28. Packet collection will take place before Block 1 at a table near the Student Services office. Failure to turn in your packet on the specified due dates will result in placement on the waiting list. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Mr. Scrivo in room 267.
Maple Avenue Musical Club Is holding auditions for their production of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Auditions will be submitted online and are due by October 14th. Be sure to pick up the flyer in your house office or in the Main Lobby to find out how to audition for the show!
There will be a No Place for Hate interest meeting after school on Wednesday, September 27th in room 257. Students in No Place for Hate design and create fun and informative schoolwide activities to build empathy and combat biases. Come learn what it’s all about.
Math Club starts on Wednesday 9/27 and will be meeting every other Wednesday in room 232. All are welcome to try out for the Math Team!
Best Buddies will start in October! Stay tuned for upcoming dates and events!
8th Grade Columbian and Excelsior students need to have your charged devices for flex today
The first Yearbook Club meeting will be after school on Monday, October 2nd from 2:35-3:05. Yearbook club is for students who are interested in taking pictures, digitally organizing content or helping to promote the 2023-2024 Maple Avenue Middle School Yearbook. Please arrange for a ride home if there are not late buses at that time.
Chess Club will begin meeting Wednesday, October 4th and will continue to meet each Wednesday. Repeat
There will be a Peer Mentor Meeting on Wednesday at 2:35 in Cafeteria #2. All students and grade levels are welcome!
