The Saratoga Springs City School District will honor seven individuals for their extraordinary contributions to athletics during the Blue Streak Athletic Hall of Fame Ceremony to the 2021 inductees on Tuesday, February 8 at 4:30 p.m. The ceremony will be held at Nancy DiCresce Room in The Pines at SPAC. In addition, the ceremony may be watched through Zoom.
The program was established to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of outstanding athletes, coaches, administrators, and supporters. The 2021 inductees are Chris Cocozzo, Keelin Hollowood, Tim Jackson, Gary Kalinkewicz, Kelly McKinley, Keith Potter, and Emily Riley. Read more about the 2021 inductees here.
A committee composed of current and former coaches; high school administrators, community members, and current and retired athletic directors reviewed the nominations and selected the honorees. A trophy case in the lobby of the blue gym will hold plaques in honor of the Hall of Fame members.
