The Saratoga Springs High School Commencement Ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 26 at Saratoga Performing Arts Center. We are so proud of each of the 448 members of the Class of 2024 who graduated.
During the event, attendees heard from student speakers, Adam Brown and Jaden Calderon, class president Matthew DiGeso, and student council president Carlie Friedman. Additionally, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Michael Patton and Principal Michelle Tsao gave opening remarks. The faculty address was given by chemistry teacher Erin Bell.
Each year, the prestigious Yaddo Medals are awarded to one female and one male from the graduation class who have excelled in scholarship and school citizenship. Katrina Trask began the tradition of presenting the Yaddo Medal, crafted by Tiffany & Company, in 1912. This year, the medals were awarded to Carlie Friedman and Adam Brown.
