Club Meetings and Information March 8th, 2024
Attention modified baseball players, there will be an informational meeting with Coach DiFusco and Rigabar on Tuesday, March 12th at 2:30pm in Gym F. The meeting should last 30 minutes, and you will need your own transportation.
Attention 8th Graders! Semi-Formal Tickets will go on sale during 8th grade lunch next week. The cost of each ticket is $15, this includes dessert, drinks, music, and a photobooth. Tickets are presale only; no tickets will be sold at the door.
Friday is our dodgeball tournament! Sign-ups are over. 6th graders should arrive to play by 5:45, 7th graders should arrive to play no later than 6:45, and 8th graders should arrive to play no later than 7:45pm. You are more than welcome to come at any time and watch any grade level play. If you are a spectator, you will be charged $5 at the door!
A Hand Up Club is holding A LUCKY DUCK fundraiser outside the cafeteria the week of March 11-15th. Adopt a toy duck for a dollar and enter to win a grand surprise. Some lucky ducks will have instant prizes as well! Your adoptions help reduce world hunger and poverty by providing global families in need with real ducks who lay eggs for nourishment and a reliable income.
Grade 6 and 7 students who missed the science placement test on Wednesday 3/6 should let their science teacher know ASAP to schedule a make-up.
Bonjour mes amis! IHola mis amigos! Today Is the last day of World Language Week and we have the number one reason to learn a new language: TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS! Whether you are speaking their language to welcome someone to our country, or trying to make friends traveling or studying abroad, a new language will open an entire new set of people you can create lifelong relationships with. Que tengas buen día y bon journee!
