Club Meetings and Information
- Tuesday is the last day the public library will be visiting during flex. If you haven’t stopped by to talk to them, please do so! You can learn about clubs, the teen room, and volunteer opportunities, and you can spin the wheel for a small prize! If you already took advantage of this opportunity, please allow other students a chance! Flex teachers can send four students at a time, each with their own pass.
- Maple Avenue Middle School Musical Club is thrilled to announce our show for this year-Matilda! If you would like to audition or apply for a backstage position, please go to your house office and ask for an audition form or a backstage form. Auditions will be done online and will be accepted until October 12th.
- Do you like singing? Then you should join voice club! It’s a super fun and no pressure way to learn about your singing voice. We have themed karaoke weeks and can help you choose and learn songs to sing as solos. It’s a great way to meet new people! You do not have to be in Chorus to join voice club- just come, sing, and have fun!
- Are you ready for it? Pop Culture Icon Club’s first meeting is after school on Wednesday, October 2, in the Large Group Room with Ms. Schnorr. Cannot wait to see you there!
- The Mapletogian Newspaper club meets WEDNESDAYS afterschool in room 239- Come join the fun in writing for the newspaper!
- Chess Club will begin Wednesday, October 2 after dismissal. We will meet in room 210. See you then!
- The first meeting of the TV Studio Club will be this Wednesday after school in the library. If you’re interested in being on the morning announcements or helping to create the announcements, come see if this club is a good fit for you. Meet us in the library after school this Wednesday. See Mr. Todd or Mrs. Hubbs with any questions.
