New York State Education Law Section 409-H effective July 1, 2001, requires all public and nonpublic schools to provide written notification to all persons in parental relation, faculty and staff regarding the use of pesticides periodically throughout the school year.
The Saratoga Springs City School District applied pesticides to the following properties between February 22, 2024 through June 2024.. Below is a summary of our applications:
