In February, Deputy Andrea Dycha and Officer Aaron Moore joined the district as our new School Resource Officers.
Deputy Dycha has worked for the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office for two years and has four years of experience in law enforcement. She will serve Dorothy Nolan and Greenfield Elementary Schools. “I am beyond excited to work with the students and staff at Dorothy Nolan and Greenfield Elementary. I am looking forward to building positive relationships, being a mentor to students, and also working with the staff to continue to keep the school environment safe,” said Deputy Dycha.
Officer Moore has worked for the Saratoga Springs Police Department for almost 17 years and as a member of the mounted police unit since 2014. He will serve Caroline Street, Division Street, Geyser Road, and Lake Avenue Elementary Schools. “I’m truly looking forward to working with the students and faculty, getting to know them, creating bonds, as well as making sure that the students have a fun and safe environment to learn in,” said Officer Moore.
